What does this mean?
This shows that the computer is not registering that a hardware dongle key is plugged in.
What should you try?
- Try plugging the dongle into a different USB port
- If plugged into a USB hub, try plugging directly into a USB port to ensure enough power is supplied to dongle
- Try plugging the dongle into a USB port on another computer
If the dongle does not light up after trying these three options, send an email to contact@soilvision.com with the subject title "Dongle key malfunction". Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your organization's name
- Your email
- The serial number of your dongle
