On the authorization screen, click on the button "View Log". Scroll down until you locate the section for the product that did not authorize successfully. A couple of different messages could appear here. Check the date stamp to determine which message occurred first when the computer tried to activate the license for the product:
- The first message for my product was: "Network Log In failed: No active NetHASP Licence Manager was found".
What this means:
This means your computer is trying to find a license authorization on your network (not on your local computer). Because one product authorized successfully, this means your second product was also authorized, but your computer is looking in the wrong location for it.
What you should try:
Click on the "Read Local USB key" button. You should now be authorized
- The first message for my product was: "License server reported: ServerErrorProductKeyExhausted {4179}"
