There are many screenshot capture softwares on the market today. If you do not have one currently installed on your computer, you could try using the following software as a trial:
SnagIt
The Snagit software is shareware software used to perform screen captures of software problems. Please download and install the Snagit software here. Then run the software and capture the screen (Ctrl-Shift-P) where the problem is occurring. Save the screen capture in JPG format and attach it to an email along with a brief description of the problem.
