Where do I see this message:
The "Authorization code version does not match the current SVFlux version" message will be a line in the Authorization Log. It is usually preceded by an authorization log line "Get USB Security Key status: HASP SL found".
What does this mean:
The software cannot read the dongle license. It can only find the default HASP SL license that was installed by SVOffice2009. The default HASP SL license is not authorized for any version of any software.
What should you try:
There may be a problem with the physical key itself, the Hub it is plugged into, or the USB port it is plugged into. Check to see if the key lights up. If you do not see a red light on the key, try the following:
- Unplug the dongle from the USB hub and plug it directly into the USB port
- Try plugging the dongle directly into an alternate USB port.
- Try plugging the dongle into a USB port on another computer.
If the dongle does not light up after trying these three options, send an email to contact@soilvision.com with the subject title "Dongle key malfunction". Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your organization's name
- Your email
- The serial number of your dongle
