Do I need to open any firewall ports?

SVOFFICE 5 uses TCP/UDP port 1947 for all local and network communications. This port may need to be opened on any internal and external firewalls.

SVOffice 2009

When using a network usb key the default TCP/UDP port 475 may need to be opened on any internal and external firewalls.

The NetHASP License manager uses TCP and UDP ports 475 for its communication - so please ensure that these ports are open or that the program itself is allowed through the firewall.  Alternatively, try adding the application exe directly to the firewall exclusion list.
