Why can't my software connect to the internet?

If you use a software- or hardware-based firewall, you may need to add SVOFFICE as an exception in your exception list. SVOFFICE uses standard HTTP to check for software updates, and receive updated information to display in the Manager.

SVOFFICE fully supports proxy connections, via the standard Windows Internet Connections settings found in the Control Panel. No special configuration is required in SVOFFICE.
